Works in the making~

Hey guys!
I have two songs that just need the artwork to be done for them (and I won't reveal what songs they are... it's a surprise!).  I really like the second cover that I just completed, and I think I'm going to release that one before the first one I made. 
However, because I know I go through phases where I don't have time for UTAU, I won't be releasing a video any time soon.  By that, I mean no sooner than a week, just for the fact that if I disappear again, I have videos that push back the year marker.  If the UTAUloid is inactive for more than a year, it's a "deceased" UTAUloid and I don't want that to happen to my dear child ;_;

So look forward to a new cover in a week or so :)

ACT 2 UPDATES: Should be released before the end of the month!

Hey everyone!
Wow, long time, no update!  I'm terribly sorry for that.  I got really busy really fast, and then I had no motivation to work anymore, then school came and yadda yadda yadda.

Anyways~ 
I'm now trying to get back into the groove of UTAU, and the release of Keiko's ACT 2! (finally)
I'm working on the new UTAU art for her voicebank (as seen above), and I plan on releasing the new voicebank with the song "Strobe Last," originally sung by Hatsune Miku.  My goal is to get it released by next Friday at the absolute latest, but we'll see how busy I get.

I have many goals set out for the summer, and Keiko is in that list.  Hopefully I have the time to make many more wonderful covers with her improved voicebank!

Gonna start working on ACT 2.. hopefully

Sooooo last night I started to think about Keiko's voicebank again.... and I don't know, I just really want to work on it but I don't have a good enough mic and I'm not sure if it will sound good enough
But then I thought...
Well, maybe something that could help would be the pitch of my voice
Because when I originally recorded Keiko, I did it in a sing-song voice that was higher than I was recording for the ACT 2.
So I recorded my voice differently today and I compared the two voices (Keiko ACT1 and Keiko ACT2)  and I think it's a LOT better, even if it's just a computer mic that's recording.

So I think that I'm going to start this project now.  Granted, I don't have a high quality mic like I recorded with Keiko's ACT1 (my dad said it was a very very good mic, but I honestly think the reason why it's broken is because my mac short-circuited it... is that possible?  I mean, it worked on all my other computers...) but I think changing my pitch when I'm recording will be enough to produce another good voicebank.
Hopefully it works out! Fingers crossed~

Happy Birthday Keiko! [1 Year] Innocence Cover

I'm sorry I couldn't get an ACT 2 up for you ;~; I'm so disappointed, but I ran into technical difficulties a couple days ago and I couldn't resolve them in time for your birthday... However, I plan on fixing them before the end of the month, so hopefully I can get you an update before the end of the month!

This may sound weird, but I just want to explode and gush and tell you a bunch of things that don't really make sense because you're just a program, but to me, you're more than that. If I ever needed you I could always turn to you and make little covers to try and make myself feel better. And even though I get frustrated, I think of you and try to regain my calm. Thank you for being such a good little UTAUloid Keiko <3 I love you boo _{and if you were real right now you'd probably punch me <3}

Working on her Act 2

Since Keiko's birthday is in a couple days, I figured it was about time I gave her a new and improved voicebank!
Now, her voice is going to sound a slight bit lower and louder.. When I had listened to her voice over and over again, I thought her voice was really soft and high, which I don't think she should sound... I don't know.
And I remember somebody telling me that her accent was a little off, so I'm going to try and fix that!

Agh it's a pain in the ass to record voicebanks lol but the end product is always nice
and I'm going to record this with the built in mic for my computer... I hope it'll be okay......

Macaron

So Keiko covered Macaron a while ago, but I finally just threw the video together xD

The next song that I had her sing was "Innocence" (which, if you want to search for it, is sung by Hatsune Miku, I believe), so hopefully that will be the next video that is up.

Campanella~ Kandakai Keiko

Well, I finally got this done xD
I covered this a while ago, but I just got to uploading it and making art for it and such.  I hope you like it! I was working with iMovie, which is something I don't normally use, so I played around with the effects... I'm not sure if I like it or not, but I think for this video it works very well :)

Look I'm working on it!

This is going to be for the Campanella cover~  Just wanted to show you guys that I AM working on it
I'm just working at a turtle pace =3=

I should have it done in about a week or so!
School is almost over, and hopefully I can get into the full swing of UTAU again!

if anything, I'll have the Macaron cover up in a week, just because it'll be a video I'll use from YouTube.

Just a little update~

Just to keep Keiko alive, I'm probably going to post covers every month or so, even if they are already done.
One, since I don't really have too much time to draw /sob
and two, so that she can technically still be active.  If I post them all at once, and then don't post anything for a year, then she's deemed dead.  Not that I would become THAT inactive, but it's just to be safe ^^
So there might be one or two videos up by the end of the month :)

Ahh they both had to sing low!!

So I thought that I was going to have to give up on UTAU completely
Until I decided to see if there was an UTAU program compatible with the Mac
And I found it ;w;

Yes, I now use UTAU-synth
It's a little.. new. Different.
I'm not exactly used to it since I'm used to the WinUTAU, but what can I do?
This is the only alternative I have..
Well, unless I want to use the bootcamp on the Mac.. but that takes too long xD

So I'm kind of back in business.  I still have a lot of things that I have to do outside of UTAU and I can't churn out music and videos often, but this is better than nothing!

Hopefully a video will be up soon~

My computer is having... a hard time.. working.
I think something is wrong with it.....
So unfortunately, there won't be too many updates?  Also because of the fact that I have a lot of homework, that doesn't help.
But right now... er.. things are going on with my school. So if I finish all of my homework fast enough than I can get on to attempting to work UTAU again.

Compared to Keiko's smoothness he sounds a little weird ^^;
But I'm working on him ever so slowly xD
